get a domestic violence order , or known as restraining order, against ex MIL at magistrate office, you will then have a hearing, bring witnesses that seen her act out of control , if ex wife shows up or mil call police, send mil a letter certified stating you dont want her on your property and if she shows up again you will call the police and prosecute , save the letter in case you have to. you fiance will have to get the DVO , you cant cause you are not related to mil or exwife.

You don't say if you live in a small town, if you do, I would think seriously about moving. Not so they can get you to leave, but because some things are just not worth it. A fresh start someplace new can work wonders sometimes.

If she does it again, you file a restraining order to prevent her from coming within a certain footage of your home, usually 500 feet, and from contacting you.
Easy, then she'll get the message.

Your husband has no backbone.
If the 'ex's' keep showing up then have the police escort them off your property.
Dont stoop to thier level by getting in any confrontations.
Good luck !!

If the home belongs to your fiance then it's not YOUR porch, it is HIS. Since you are not married to the guy nothing he owns is your possession.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO LEAVE.
SHE HAS NO BUISNESS BOTHERING EITHER OF YOU...THEY ARE THE ''EXEX'' FOR A REASON.
GET A RESTRAINING ORDER, CALL THE POLICE, YOU HAVE A RIGHT NOT TO BE BOTHERED BY THEM OR ANYONE ELSE.
GOOD LUCK AND STAY IN CHARGE OF YOUR OWN LIVES.

And you want to marry this coward?
Whoever owns the house has say. If they are on your property and you want them off, tell them to leave, if they don't, call the cops.

Take out a broom and hit her with it until she leaves, or she's dead on your lawn, either way you win.
