Hmmm ... Aida is a tragic hero from a beloved opera, and I think the name would be a grand - and good - choice for a daughter. (Though, of course, you'd hope she has a happier ending than dying for love.) I'd pronounce Aida eye-ee-dah. Ayda, to me, is a different name - pronounced like Ida. Since it isn't a common choice, you might be able to convince the world to go with the 3-syllable version, but if that's what you want, I'd stick with the recognized spelling.
Maicie confuses me, too - are you going for Macy, like the store, or Maisie, rhymes with Daisy?
Natalie is pretty, as is Natalia.
Kyla, Alya and Alaya are a little flimsy - I can't imagine a banker or a heart surgeon with any of these names.
Happy baby!

Natalie is the only decent one on the list. Aida isn't even pronounced like Ayda, it's pronounced eye-ee-duh.

Adya and Kyla are good. I don't really care for the other ones. Maicie is ordinary and so is Natalie. The others are hard to pronounce.

You asked for our opinions, so please - no thumbs down. I don't like any of them. Except for Natalie, they all sound like made up names. The other problem here is that little kids love getting mugs, toothbrushes and other little things with their names on it - they have them at toys-r-us, the grocery store, etc. They don't have odd names in these which is a dissapointment to the child.

If I have a girl, I have chosen the names Raquel, Shakira, Juelz (like Jewels), Kaliyana, Chloe, Reina (spanish for princess), and Zoey. I love different names and spellings, something unique. For your list, my favorite name would be Kyla. Congrats!
