An acre is a square unit of measure. This could be in the shape of a square, rectangle, triangle, etc. Need more information before finding an answer.

One standard acre is 43,560 square feet. That can be 1 foot by 43,560 feet, or it can be 208.7103256 feet by 208.7103256 feet, or anything in between.

It could even be 1 inch by 522,720 feet -- but an 1-inch strip that was 99 miles long would be pretty silly.
