No. But the older you get the harder it gets to change the path you are on. So, when you are young get going on a good path.

No destiny isn't chosen but it can be forced upon us that don't decide what's wanted right away! Don't rely on fate. Also the bible is a load of crap but it also has alot of good advise too! Sort the wheat from the chaff! You can do whatever you believe you can you might need a tool or a car to help you. You are whatever you say you are. Don't fall victim to those that lie about you! You have the choice to be good, neutral or nasty(evil).
It's all up to you! I suggest be a good person it may be harder but the rewards of it are better than the rewards of evil! Read the book in sources

Ones destiny is chosen by oneself. Yes, I believe that things come your way but you have to make the choice as to what road you travel. Ultimately, and I realize that I'm going to sound like Yoda but, one must choose wisely as many outcomes are foreseeable.

taking action can make things happen, but you can't controll everything. Do you choose where you are born, to who, who your relatives are, how you look, your family background, health, what type of women you naturally like, how you were treated as a child, what skin color you are, where you are born, when you die, and who accepts you? lot's factors that makes you can not be chosen, and lot's can be chosen. it's a mixture. but you are not born royalty and can not become it even if you try. unless you create your own dynasty which is out of style now.
