Well, if you're talking about glam metal, it's probably too terrible for them to listen to.

If you're talking about death metal, it's probably too scary for them.

No one likes nu metal.

If you're talking about heavy metal in general, 80 year old woman probably don't even like the Beatles. So by the time heavy metal developed, they were in their 50's or so. Probably be listening to jazz and blues.

And as for rap...why would an old lady listen to that?

Because they were brought up with very different types of music back in the earlier 20th century and by the age of 80, you tend to be stuck in your ways and continue to like music you always have done.

well firstly an eighty year old women has a very poor physical strength so she cannot jump up to the music and dance every now and then
secondly as the age passes by old people are always into their good old dayz where they used to listen old time melodies......so they never tend to except all these hip hop musics

Actually most people 'fossilize' with their musical tastes. Some people continue to experiment with new genres throughout their lives but studies have shown that most people stick with the musical style that they preferred in their late teens and twenties.

I bet you could find some open minded grannies that would like it but most probably can't get into it simply because those genres didn't exist when their musical tastes were forming.
