What is your special dish everyone raves about?
Mine is either my lasagna or homemade chili and my homebaked bread.

My "special" dish is a meat and vegetable and bread combination thing that I invented myself. It is deep fried and LOOKS like "hush puppies". My father gave it a name that just stuck. My family love to eat my,,,BUNNY JUMPERS. If you want the recipe just ask me.

I make something I call not quite greed salad.
Lots of tomatoes, lots of mozzarella, a little peeper jack cheese, cucumbers, a chopped up bell peeper, and a chopped red onion. Dressed with Italian season, salt, peeper, fresh basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
And Italian flavored croutons if I happen to have any on hand.

Baked chicken with cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans with bacon, corn on the cob and salad.

Biscuits. And definitely coconuts, with coconut milk, like at the Filipino resturant. Oh and corn muffins. AND COOKIE DOUGH ICE CREAM. And rootbeer, and bacon, and rootbear floats.
