No, I am vehemently opposed to this. Not only does it create a widening of the concrete jungle it is going to add to the flood risk and take away the natural habitat of our wild animals. What happens when these houses are built and occupied upon this land, where do we go then?....a bit more and a bit more...?

Hate to be elitist, but if Barratt want to build an estate of matchboxes, then hell no, but if someone was going to build a big house of architectural merit, and if it wasn't in an area of outstanding natural beauty, then I'd be for that.
