can anyone help me find out what indentured servants wanted in Maryland in the year 1730? Please help. Thanks! ^_^

Indentured servitude was not slavery.

Indentured servants could: vote, own property, petition for a redress of grievances, and got paid. Indentured servants were asked not to get married during their period of indenture.

Families paid a lot of money to have their sons indentured to a master, that way they could learn a trade and become a higher class citizen than a farmer or farm laborer.

In 1730 Maryland it sounds more like a labor movement than a political one.

They probably wanted better working/living conditions if not freedom. Indentured servants had to work off their freedom and usually weren't treated any better than slaves.
