I thought November was a bit late for an election anyway. The opinion polls are bad so far from bottling ot he has decided to try a pick a time when he is more likely to win. Blast it!

It wasn't up to Cameron to decide when the election was anyway. He's not the PM so he should stfu.
I'm not a Brown supporter and never will be, but can we get on with the nuts and bolts of politics instead of speculating about when an election is going to be?

It's just another aspect of the Tweedledum/Tweedledee politics we have in the UK. Campbell and Cameron would have made exactly the same decision if either had been in Brown's boots.

He hasn't bottled it! He's probably made a very sane decision given the likely turn-out at a late-autumn election.
Much as I despise the chap, I fear there's little alternative in the UK at present.
