Compost, what and spoil my good crop?
The $5.000 gift has me curious. How do you start it as the money is taken from somewhere, cigarette tax I guess she said. Then if given at age 18 for education only how do you monitor that? Who gets the compound interest? Is this another credit scheme to puff up the economy like Bill did. The US is the highest in debt world wide that revolves around financing & credit cards. Just a circle and look at the housing crisis we are in now. So, lets say while they money sits in the treasury she supports other projects. Robs Peter to pay Paul sort of speak? What happens when she is gone and they all mature at the same time to be paid out and the well is dry?
Food for thought. Thanks for the entertainment.
The answer is, NO, not at all in my opinion.

Just more Propaganda for the Mother vote or personal gain.

First of all, that's just a campaign promise, just like George McGovern wanted to give everyone $1000 to everyone one in the country back in 1972!The Nazi's back in the 1930's did have a similar program because even then, Germany was starting to lose population growth compared to the neighboring countries around them like Poland. But the Nazis took the money away from the Jews and other persecuted peoples. But now Hilary is going to tax the American people, which is really more like robbing Pete to pay for Paul in our case.We do have too many people in the United Sates as it is,and combined that with our standard of living,is making the Earth cry uncle ever more so.Why don't we just make life better for those who are already living in this world, yes?!

She hasn't been good for the environment as a senator or for her district. According to what I see from the way she voted on environmental issues, she is very anti environment

Since there are laws about contaminating the environment, can we get her listed on the EPA Superfund as a toxic waste dump in desparate need of sanitizing ?
