Anyone who can answer this plz do as i cannot figure it out, all the calculators on the net say its infinity but i doubt that.
Here it is: (9^62773 + 2)^83721
Yes thats (9 to the 62773 power plus 2) to the 83721 power.
Now heres the rest of the problem...after finding the Huge number i have to find its digital sum. if u dont know what that means just give me the answer to the problem. 10 points to the person who gives me the answer( i just cant find a calculator that can do this!!!)

The digital sum of 9^62773 is 9 because it's a multiple of 9.
By the binomial expansion
(9n+2)^83721 = 9m + 2^83721
So it has the same digital sum as 2^83721

2^0 --> 1
2^1 --> 2
2^2 --> 4
2^3 --> 8
2^4 --> 7
2^5 --> 5
2^6 --> 1
And the cycle repeats itself.

So 2^83718 --> 1
2^83721 --> 8

ANS: 8

Don't try to calculate straight like that.

First calculate log 9 and then multiply that by 62773. Take the antilog of that and add 2 to that. Now take the log of that number and multily that by 83721. Take the antilog of that.

Please stop trying to cheat at the Lenny Conundrum.

If you google (9^62773 + 2)^83721 you'll see many past yahoo questions identical to yours. Many have answered 8 with their solutions. I'm sure you'll see some copied and pasted below.
Why don't you develop your Internet research/search skills instead of always asking someone for an answer?
