id sit a person down and look them dead in the eye and offer them a half pound blunt then i would tell bake cookies and pick flowers and dance through a open field with butterflies like a magical pixie horse and smoke weed with mary poppins on the love boat haha im pretty high

Nice idea, but even with a lot of resources, you can only make people feel loved one at a time. But, then, that's not such a bad idea. Start in your neighborhood.
