active evil is immediate, so more affecting. Passive evil is implicit, and long lasting. You do not know when it is going to do what. When it is active, you get an oppertunity to confornt it. When it is passive, you shall never know. Thus, Passive evil is worse.

Active evil would even be worse because active evil is restless and vigorus in posessing injurious nature. It is alive in destructing the good. It continues to dwell the evil motives among everyone. It will not stop to dominate the good ones to become evil. It will strike from any place, any time as long as evil wins.

I think that they're both about equally bad. Active evil, because it screws up a lot of people, and passive evil because it causes people not to do anything about active evil.

I hate passive evil.
