You can ask your employer to send your pay to MY account and it is perfectly legal. You probably don't want to, but there is no law to prevent it. If you employer wishes to send your pay to your husband's account against your wishes, that is a problem.

My brother was sent to Iraq and he had is checks deposited into my account for over a year...he was not on it. They usually don't care about depositing, just withdrawing.
He also used one of my debit cards for his purchasing and withdrawing from atm's. That is what I use all the time anyway. I would eventually get my own account. If you have a bank of America near by (or not) you can open an account for free on-line and get your info like on the spot. Also if you don't have a bank locally, have your checks sent there..it is a great bank...so convenient...they update their statements automatically. I love that bank, I wish there was one closer to me though..check it out.... www.bankofamerica.com

It should be ok. But if your name is not on the account then you can't legally withdraw it. I would advise you to get your name added to his account or open your own account and have your salary deposited in that one.
