Hotel Color, see answer by lauren s, is rather far from the center of town, near the airport.
My parents stayed there last time in Bratislava. They had mixed feelings about the hotel, it was clean enough, new, but so new there were no curtains yet and they slept on the east of the building, so they woke with the sun.
It is so far out of the center of town that when they said "it is too far to walk" the taxi driver replied with "it is too far to drive too".
But there is a tram from the hotel to the center of town, takes about 15 minutes.

I usually stay at Hotel Devin, its easy to get to right downtown, the ripoff is they charge you something like 20 Euros just for parking.
