I like most foods but there are some that I do not like. I think tofu has to be the nastiest thing that I have tried. You have to know how to make this and I have not experimented with it enough to have learned how to make it palatable.

Seriously? Chinese people eat some seriously wierd stuff all you have to do is put it in a soup and they call it food. My friend from Hong Kong has eaten bats. But, the grossest thing people eat has to be Bird's Nest Soup. It's make from ACTUAL birds' nests (the cave swift is the name of the bird) and the birds make the nest WITH THEIR OWN SALIVA AND BILE and little else! It's a delicacy in China.....but it's still nasty.

Its got to be monkey brains. Some chinese get a live monkey, stick its head through a hole in in a table, crack open its skull and scoop out the brains to eat while it still alive.

My step mom is from the Philippines.
She likes to eat the pig hearts. But her favorite is pig blood pudding.

Ew ew & ewwww to all of those answers! Didn't notice haggis, tripe or this kind of bird nest soup..I forget Exactly what it is but like some kind of bird, makes a nest with some kind of mucus..& people EAT that!?!!
