This happened to me. It turned out to be a mouse, but it's amazing how much noise they can make. x

Nether. You see, I collect weapons. And in case of an emergency, I always have an ax by my bed, (Yes, I know it is weird,) If I hear a strange noise, this is my routine:
1: ASAP, get dressed head to toe in black,
2: Grab weapon of my choice,
3: As quite as possible, sneak out of the room, and blend into the darkness.
If it's a robber, he's as good as dead. If it's just the cat, as always, you undress, put your weapon back on the wall, and sleep till 10 o'clock the next morning...

Investigate or if I was too scared to investigate - if the noises were loud and just very scary - I would leave the house and call the police.

Grab the phone and dial 91 and get ready to hit the last 1 when I'm investigating and find something

I would have my 9 m m in one hand and my cell phone in the other with 9 1 1 dialed and my finger on the send button. The 9 m m would give me an instant safe feeling.

I would send the dogs to check it out..of course, it would probably be one of them anyway and I would have to go see what they were getting into. If it happened to be a burglar they were making the noise with, ..well...it could wait until morning to see how badly hurt he is. I mean..really..the pups do need play toys ya know...

i have heard lots of strange noises in my house alot of times....my house was built in the late 1800's and i have been told it's haunted, it didn't bother me until i heard some weird noises, i didn't go to check because i was scared, i ended up sleeping on the couch with the light and the TV on....

im such a whimp
it also matters if I watched a horor movie
or what kind of noise it was!

I would really be sh1t ting my self and hide and cry!
thats why these horror films make me laugh.....no one in the real world and in their right mind would investigate something scary..
