To let couples have as many children as they want except that for every child after the first they must pay the price of $5000 to the government.
Do you think this will be a good law? And do you think it will work for 3rd world countries? Do you think there will be any consequences and will people raise opposition against it? Is there anything I can change about it or any different suggestions about controlling mass population growth in a 3rd world country? And please give me a reason for your answer.

Its terrible.

With 1 child, there is population decline. With baby boomers dying, this is also mass decline.

We cannot go the route of Russia, which has 140 million now, but in 20 years will be down to 100 million.

USA has the lowest population density of all civilized world of 8 people per sq mile. We have room to grow, and we should grow.

We need to get back to where financally successful famalies have no less than 3 children, enough to make up for both of them, and promote a slight growth beyond that.

I am for tax incentives for famalies who have more than 2 children. For each child above 2, give a 5 to 10k tax credit. *Notice TAX CREDIT. That means only famalies who can afford children, who are paying taxes benefit from this. We can also assume those same will raise children properly and create the type of Americans we need!
