I fall asleep watching TV but if you do allot in the day you should have no problem sleeping at night also if you do have a problem try seeing a doctor and he or she could help you.

Staying away from anything caffeinated after 7pm. Having a glass of wine before bedtime. Reading or watching TV in bed. Keeping myself busy during the day so that my body is tired. Or taking a nice hot bath before bed to help you relax.

Music, any kind, really. But the past weeks, I've been listening to Siobhan Donaghy and Faithless music to help me sleep better.

My husband and I just bought one of those TempurPedic foam mattress and I love it, before we got it I was popping 3 Tylenol pm's every night and lay there for hours, I fall asleep right away on this new mattress, it's so comfortable, my husband bought one of this pillows because his neck always hurts him, no more neck pain and I have no more back pain.
