i have immense patience & i'm also very understanding because i have seen a lot of ups & downs & that has given me all the patience & understanding for everything in life.

I used to always want something yesterday as I could not wait, but living in Hawaii, if one feels like that you will pull all your hair out. Things are much slower here mainly because of the hot weather, and living on an Island we have our own pace, slow.lol Over here when doing a project, well we think about it for a couple of days, then if the surf is up forget it, things can wait until another day or more, then after a week of thinking about it, we finally start the project. I have waited for this guy to do a little work for me in my home putting up some trim and it has been a year and still nothing. Yes, I am patient now, and in fact I just saw the guy today, so it will probably be another year before he finally works on my house,lol, but I don't care anymore,whenever he comes that is fine, because we have no choice to the matter. It is like people being in a hurry on an Island, just exactly where are you going in such a hurry.

Hey Sawman, I think I have too much in the line of patience and understanding.
Patience... went without a car for four months. Why? I wanted just the right one and waited until I found what I wanted.
As for patience and understanding with people, everybody tells me they wouldn't be able to take or put up with half of what I do.
I am easy going and don't care if things take time.

I have had patience to put up with my husband for the last 22 years. Actually no I do not have patience!!!!!

I have understanding, and empathy. I'm a LOT short on patience, most of the time... for instance: Karma. WHY does it take sooo long for some jerks to "get theirs"?? See? impatient.... }:>
