Ads training & sit-ups should give you a nice flat tummy, but shouldn't effect your cup size.
Doing push-ups against a wall is a good way of making your breast perky to show what you've got to their best advantage.x

There is really nothing that you can do with respect to abdominal exercise to reduce the size of your breasts. Typically exercise does not reduce the size of your breasts as their size is hormonally regulated. The take home message is to enjoy your ab workout.
Good luck working on the 6 pack. I hope this helps.

No, sit ups wont. You don't have to worry. Usually it's cardio that makes the breast smaller.

No they will not. The only thing that would cause them to get smaller is the loss of weight. Some women, when losing weight, lose it in their breasts.

No its not going to make your breasts smaller. When your tummy or waist gets trimmer, the bustline will be accentuated.

I doubt that particular exercise would have any effect on your breast size. You see female body builders with virtually no breasts because of their intense weight training. Unless you plan to develop an intense muscle building regime, I think you're safe.

The lower your body fat, the smaller your natural breasts will be.

Doing sit ups I don't think will. Cardio exercise might. See link below.
