With all due respect you can find multiple answers in Q&A using keywords as you can in the WWW. I've answered a few 1/4 pipe Q's myself and in the latest is at least one link.
The 1/4 pipe at least is usually a double layered construction on its face with PLY and tempered masonite...framed under in the proper radius. Tech decks/ fun box/ etcs. is a bit vague in what you might have in mind.

Like Doc said, there are plans on the internet that will provide detailed material lists and building plans. I know this since my sister just built a quarter-pipe for her kids.
Just search around and find the ones that appeal to you.
