What are your symptoms? Typically Graves disease is an overactive thyroid which can result in weight loss, eye problems, and nervousness or hyperactivity.

I have been a student of hypnosis and other healing techniques for several years. Check out EFT on emofree.com. It is a very effective technique in dealing with many problems.

Try relaxing. Visualize a control room in your mind. Go into that control room and look for the dial labeled "Thyroid Activity". Go to that dial and notice a control knob below it. After noting where the dial reads, try turning the activity level down slightly. Watch your results and, over time, try lowering the level until you reach the appropriate level.

This is a possible fix. Keep on your medication and stay in contact with your doctor.

Tell your thyroid that you love it.

Good luck.
