Heaven is a state of mind as Everything is MIND. So in a since, it already and most certainly is a place right her on earth and very open to the public...it's just that most people can't find the door...due to their "closed minds".
Ignorance is not blissful.

I would have to say SOMETIMES. There are many beautiful places on Earth and a lot of them are owned by the military or by very rich people, so those are closed off. Many are open to the public, but it might not be able to reach a spot like that and still have privacy, away from huge crowds of people. Wilderness areas are often remote and require, hiking, camping or mountaineering skills. Still, it's worth it to find them.
Finally, I suppose you could say that HEAVEN is a state of mind and you could be really happy in a disgusting, dirty place if you are happy.

IF heaven was a place on earth, the lock of the door would not be one, but many for each individual who can unlock it and pass through with Christ in their hearts.
Or if you're talking about heaven as a general term, and not religious, heaven would be open up to the public, but it'd be up to each individual to recognize it.

Heaven is potentially the entire Earth and yes its open to the public. Same goes for Hell.

Heaven has a place everywhere, on Earth,in the Sky, or where ever our Lord is. Heaven is for everyone that believeth in the Lord, so, yes everyone is invited. But we have to realize that to go to Heaven, we have to accept Jesus Christ as our saviour. Have a Nice weekend Enki, with all your Loved ones.

The earth IS heaven.
The earth is God's home for us, the public, and what we do with it is up to us.
That's why we have to take care of it, God's house for us.
He loves us and wants us to take care of our home, and treat it with kindness and love.
That means the earth and all it's inhabitants, our brothers and sisters.
I had a great weekend, out in the hot sun all day helping with my mother-in-law's auction.
The best part--- got to talk to lots of people.

It is indeed a place on Earth should you make it so. And it open to all, but there is an ancient scared say my friend, " Matthew 7:13-14 teaches that most people will go down the broad way that leads to destruction and few will follow the narrow way which leads to life"
