He most definitely will because he has the cream that Gloria tainted that killed that lady. Jeffery was trying to get the money from William's estate that went to Gloria, but he couldn't. Gloria is no angel, but I don't like this guy.

I also hope that Gloria finally gets outsmarted and gets
what is coming to her. I think that Jeffrey will be the one
to bring Gloria down because as D-Love mentioned he
gave her a fake jar of cream.
