There's no 'if' to it. Soon I'll be opening a massage parlor. It's going to be 100% self-serve. I'll make a FORTUNE!

I would probally open a resturaunt or a bok store/coffeee house/magizine store/ donunt store/ gift store. It would be just a small little business with lots in it, it would almost seem crammed but it would make it cozy. I would have several comfy seating places in all different places of the store, there would be a fire place to cozy up next to and then a counter for the food, I would serve coffee, hot coca, tea, and bottled water, maybe some other bottled drinks, and I would serve donuts and pastries, cookies, breakfest burritos and ice cream, if you entered the store you wouldn't be required to buy anything though. It could just be a nice hang out spot. You could come and read a magizine, or connect to high speed internet(another thing I would offer) and I would have all mismatching things, the coffee cups would be from different places and different colors and the plates would all be different, the bookshelves would be different and all the chairs would be mismatching, this would give the place more charater and if something was damaged I wouldn't have to search the planet to find the exact match of all the other chairs. I'm not sure what I would call my little shop but then again that will come with the building andd I will most likely not be getting a building any time soon

A beer store and /or a storage facility. I would also like to be able to rent property/housing that is affordable to low/middle income families with kids if each family can prove that they are doing their very best to provide for their families.
My family needs to move. We live in a rat hole. How this place we're in could be allowed to be rented in is beyond me. I see lots of shitholes that shouldn't be rented out . So I think decent, clean, affordable housing would be a very good business to run. It's so hard to find decent affordable rental property. Something needs to be done. Some making this possible would be a very good thing.
