evolutionists: If the canyon in texas that just opened formed so quickly (in 2002) how can you be sure everything else (like grand canyon, or the forest of spirit lake) took millions of years.

The Grand Canyon was carved through solid rock, not loose, unconsolidated material.

I don't know what the "forest of spirit lake" is. Are you talking about the floating logs on Spirit Lake of Mt. St. Helens fame? If so, no one thinks that took millions of years to form - we all saw the eruption on May 18, 1980. And these have NOTHING to do with the formation of coal deposits.

Ah yes, lets not forget rivers don't flow up either? So one point of the canyon is higher meaning impossible for it to form Grand Canyon from a river? Another blow in the evolution theory :P

Scientific method?! There are three requirementss for an idea to become a fact. 1. Must observe visually. 2. Must be testable. 3. Must be reproducible.

No one has seen evolution. It has never be tested, nor can be tested. Hasn't been reproduced. And don't bring up the Miller experiment, regarded now by your scientists as an inaccurate representation of old earth, and the test conducted with extremely faulty controls. Hey, the Loch Ness originator confessed on his death bed that he made it up. But we're still looking for it. You can do what you want, just don't use our tax dollars for it. And non-Christians think we will believe anything.

By the way, I was thinking similar things about the Texas Canyon when I read it today.
