The best currently operating rocket is Atlas, which has a low failure rate, although it is expensive.

But keep an eye on Space Exploration Technologies, a new company started by Pay Pal co founder Elon Musk. Their new Falcon rockets will blow the others away with much lower cost and high reliability!
