When did it become acceptable for judges to tell people how to run their lives, on punishment of taking their children away and large sums of their money. Doesn't anyone else see how wrong this is? Is this really in the best interest of our children. Shouldn't there be some requirement of proof that a child is in real physical danger. Shouldn't there be a jury trial before the law can take away a person's children? Testimony from a disgruntled former employee should not be considered adequate. Clearly this is a violation of the 5th and 14th amendments. At what point are people going to start realizing how much of their rights have been eliminated by these types of family court actions?

You sound as though you have an axe to grind here. Look, the judge didn't see Britney on TV and decide to step in and start controlling her life. Britney and the father, what's his name, couldn't agree on how the kids were going to be raised, who was to have custody, etc. They both have rights here, and they both have different opinions as to how this should happen. So they took it to Court. That means at least one of them was going to "lose" their children no matter how this came out. How do you propose we settle such a dispute? Public poll on the E! Channel? The court heard testimony from both sides and the judge rendered the decision he or she thought in the best interests of the children. It's just too bad that this is what passes for news and entertainment these days.

Look. I used to have a drug problem too. Luckily for MY kids I was married during my drug problem years and my kids were being taken care of mainly by my husband. I'm not proud to admit I was there physically in the house but that was it....ya know. Had I not been married and living with my husband (the father), I look back and would have been glad if a judge took the kids away and gave them to my ex if we were no longer married. This is supposed to once and for all WAKE Britt up to see that she really has hit her bottom. How much further can one go after the kids have been taken away?? They haven't been taken away permanently....just for now so she can get her act together like I did. Then she will appreciate them more and hopefully her life too.

Britney Spears is a humorous tale. Her occupation is in actuality over. Her in elementary terms expertise grew to become into, which isn't a expertise in any respect, is that she regarded solid. yet she would be in a position to't sing for something. So she's especially lots appearing out, tatoos, shaves head, caught without underclothes on in Vegas etc. to maintain her call interior the information. yet she's in actuality a has- been, because of the fact she never had any genuine expertise to start with. assessment this with Christina Aguilera, who has matured somewhat, and who can actually carry a song!!

A judge has ruled part of Britney's life because she has shown that she can't control her own. Hopefully, he has put the children, who are pretty much dependent on the adults around them for their nurture, in a situation that will be better for them.

If Britney really wants to be in her children's life, she can get off the drugs, put on her underwear and become and act like a responsible adult who gives a damn about her kids.

Britney Spears can't even run her own life at the moment. She needs a heavy duty wake up call and if is to be done by a judge, so be it.

If someone wants to treat children as possessions instead of family. someone needs to step in. You would probably be one of the first to come here and complain if one of her kids got hurt during a drug/alcohol induced tragedy occured. If you really believe what you have stated. I hope your kids are safe.

Why shouldn't the father have the kids if the mother is less fit to care for them? What about HIS rights?

Oh wait, finally a woman gets screwed in a family court and it is a tragedy, but men have been being screwed there for 40 years, and it is acceptable.

Get real.
