Yes, I have seen that before and can't figure out why someone would want to do something like that. I mean people have different opinions. That's just life. I think the thumbs down option is abused a lot.

Just yesterday I saw a question like that. Everyone else
had thumbs down except for one person who gave the
last answer.

Sometimes. Lately I don't really pay attention to other peoples answers. At least not until after I have left my own answer. I never thumbs down. And I never report anymore. Not worth my time.

I sure have. They do it becoz they think it'll increase their chances of being picked for best answer. Some people just like to abuse the rating system.
