well my brother and his girlfriend are having a huge fight right now and i hate to see them like that!! especially because thy have 2 kids!

The crank then could be rotated to extract the intestines from the gastrointestinal cavity of a conscious person, for the purposes of torture
A similar device appears during a dream sequence in the 2000 movie The Cell.

When you've been working hard all day, and you remember you have two beers still cooling in the fridge, so you look forward to them all day, kinda makes the day worthwhile, then you get home only to find your wife has just finished drinking them.
