This may help explain. Before the crash, Whenever i had my computer on, I would go somewhere and leave the hard drive running for a while. Around those times, Nothing bad showed except for whenever I got back to the "Welcome screen" after about a few hours, my whole computer would freeze and I had to reboot it again.

This is like I ask somebody ,what my uncle died from. You need to give as much information as you can in order to get help. What happened before the crash?Did you install hardware or software, what is the maintenance status,do you have an active security suite, what are the specs of the computer, was there any sign before?
