Have you ever ran a marathon?

I've been on a few long marches, but never a marathon ... never running ... I plod.

Yes, three full marathons and six half marathons so far. I started running when I was forty-five years old.


I Googled my name last year and found a man with My name who ran the London Marathon one month before I ran the San Francisco Marathon. How do you like that.

There is a fun run at my old school every year and once I ran the 5k in it. Then I moved up to the Junior High and I haven't really had time anymore to run in it. I know a bunch of people that run it every year and they're in cross country so they run 5ks and 10ks regularly. I'm not sure if these are considered marathons, though.

Lol, I can't run upstairs without been exhausted, I used to do the Long Marches when I was a lot younger, like you I now plod.

never a marathon always said i would but that's out of the question now....i have done 5, three miles fun run, for breast cancer, and baby unit though .....

ive gone 26 miles at a race before, but the competition wasnt to see how fast you could run a distance, it was to see who could run the farthest in 24 hours time

Yes, but it was forty years ago and I was into Cross-Country running. I was no Paula Radcliffe though!
