I understand that they could not show, what an steer really have down there ...but why an Udder , instead of leaving it blank (like they did with Ken ; Barbie's Ex ) ?

Otis was a cross-dresser
Not really an udder, just a mutant steer package
He just wanted to fit in and had the surgery
Strap on
Not sure he knew the correct answer to the old "Where's the beef?" question
He was just 'holding it' for his friend

I thought the same thing when i watched the movie but i guess they didn't leave it blank was bcause they may have wanted to fill up the characters with other things instead of just a plan cow
