Sounds like Down and Out, same riffs, but a diffeerent song. Maybe Peter Gabriel era.

Got any parts of the lyrics? Without that, it would be pretty tough to pin down.
"Better watch out" is a line from Squonk, off the Trick of the Tail album.

Hmm toughie!
Down & Out (on 'And then there were 3'), was the last 70s Genesis album. If I had even 1 lyric, that'd make a big difference. Hear it on the radio? Down & Out has a very odd-time sig' riff. Upbeat. But lots of Genesis tunes kinda fit that bill.

Dodo/Lurker from the Abacab album sounds a little bit like Down and Out. Do you have any more info..like where you heard the song, radio, commercial, and lyrics???
