my mom always tells me you must look at the person face/eyes when you talk to them..
but everytime I am at Hooters I look at their chests! I don't know what to do!

You must not get out much!! Looks like your mom made Hooters a taboo! I honestly don't know what to tell you there, but good luck finding a solution!

I can see how that would be a problem. They really should have buttons with their picture on them on their chests shouldn't they? That way you could listen to mom and look at their chests at the same time. Till then don't take mom with you to Hooters.

I like eating there, only trouble is that we don't have Hooters restaurants in England, but I'll be sure to visit one next time I am in the US.

some of the girls will alter thier shirts to reveal a lot of cleavage and will want you to look at thier chest so you will give them a nice tip. your mom is correct for most social situations but when ordering it is acceptable to look at the menu.but when you hand the menu back look her in the eye.a casual glance at her chest is ok.she expects that.your mom is pretty cool to take you to hooters.
