To conclude that women cannot do hard work does not appear correct.Only difference that I find is that while a man will do any job with great gusto and speed and get tired soon,a woman will do the same work steadily, with a balanced pace ,complete it and still remain untired .Some women who are lazy get the work done by the men by cleverly befooling that they cannot do the hard work being weak women.

Well if you are trying to prove yourself as an equal in the field of work, perhaps you should use a spell check because you just come across like a young uninformed brat otherwise.
I'm a girl and I happen to be relatively strong in comparison to most average blokes around my age - I'm just built that way and I did a lot of swimming till the age of 16 while I was developing, so it's something Im used to. However, I notice that girls are generally worse at athletics of any sort or for pure strength, it's just true! Most girls like me that I have met through various sporting competitions have the same opinion as me so I'm not speaking out of turn. Its doesnt mean anything much, I think it's just that most girls are brought up playing with dolls and being careful not to ruin their nice clothes / hair etc and so the interests are being put into less manual activities so straight away it's putting girls in a different direction and it's inevitable that most people would be permanently affected by the daily expectations that as a girl you are less able. Some girls actually use these low expectations as a motivation to prove that you are more than capable if you are actually interested in the subject involved.
You can be affected different ways - some girls say having all brothers makes them a tom-boy, some say it made their mother all the more effeminate with their only daughter.
There are a million different variables in every day and no one can be blamed for how their personality turns out but you can observe within daily life that GENERALLY girls are less capable of brute strength or co ordination. These things normally filtered down into daily routines such as driving at high speed or reacting fast and well to any incidents that arrise. Generally girls do worse but simply because you cant be good at everything... so your personality decides its preferences and focusses on them. I think generally women are better at some organisational stuff (which I am terriable at).
Whereas I'm quite strong for a girl - you also get blokes who are physically weaker than their peers because they found at a young age they were more interested in maths and physics or perhaps enjoyed the company of girls and enjoyed that activities? But the point is - you notice them, they are the stereotypical "geek" or "camp" gay and you know what I mean when I say this because they are generally weaker and more effeminate than AVERAGE joe that is what makes them stick out.... the very fact that there is something to notice means that you have an expected level of masculinity and it works in reverse for females.

I've never heard (am I'm a man) any men say, 'she can't drive because she's a woman.' For a start, if she is driving, then that is what she's doing (= Driving).
If you're meaning something about 'bad driving,' then I've seen good and bad driving in both sexes ~ and I've done silly n stupid things myself on occasions.
As for working 'hard.' I'm not sure just what that means, in terms of 'hard' or of 'soft' too!
I used to work 14 hours (and sometimes longer) shifts, I had the stamina for it and was able to stave off the need for sleep. My female colleagues weren't seemingly capable of it ~ as were my male colleagues unable to do it. But then, I didn't see myself as working 'harder,' but just for longer.
Today, there is no way I could do what I once used to, I've changed and there are likely women who could now do (although it would be illegal for either sex to do so) what I once used to.
The phrase, 'Horses for courses' means that you would not put into a race a horse that is lousy at jumping fences. So, there are those who are lousy cooks whom you do not give cooking jobs to (unless you have no taste buds or don't mind the occasional bout of food poisoning). They may be wonderful at something else, so you have them do something else instead.

Women lack the testosterone, which is what allows men to focus on getting one task done (conquer and succeed), and the higher brain power (men are responsible for 95% of the inventions), while they have estrogen which means that women lack the ability to concentrate on one thing ('multitasking') and drives them to gossip. Believe me, at my work, this is a trait almost exclusively reserved for women.
Even in the workforce, women take career breaks, work lesser hours, choose flexi-time, etc. so there is no question that they don't pull their weight around like men do. This is also why women typically gravitate toward pink-collar positions which offer more free time and have less demanding hours.
Next, the women drivers you referred to; studies have shown that men have better spatial awareness than women. This is why men are better map-readers, navigators and drivers than women.

Most of our behaviour is determined by culture, environment, upbringing and education.
Since the western world is dominated for more than 1500 years by the Judeo-Christian philosophy and religions (where the dominant element is always male) we should not be surprised that there is still a lot of unsubstantiated prejudice of this kind.
It is interesting that in pre-Christian cultures and religions (like the Celtic or the Native American cultures, for example) there is always a fair balance between male and female, as they are two parts of the same greater whole.
In communities where Judeo-Christian or Islamic doctrines are not known or not present, there is naturally more equality.
It does not need a lot to be fair to each other: just some education and understanding of Nature, and a good will to do it.

I have worked in various firms in civil engineering, software, medico-legal, NGOs and Government service in USA, the Middle East and in India. In every single office I have ever worked, women didn’t work as hard as male subordinates and co-workers I had. I can only remember a single case of one lady in a software development project who was the best worker and who worked hard among a total of 23 member team.
This is the reason why I have a notion that even though women CAN work as hard as men, they do not. I try not to have this notion affect my way of working, because I don’t want to be a MCP in my own eyes.

which man? and why do you speak as tho he has multiple personalities?
so men seem to think that way - some women think that way (albeit about men, all women seem to know men cant multi-task)
these are generalizations and inherently inaccurate because of that. some women have great ball control, on a foot ball pitch for instance.
O well Im startin up with the humour again ...

I read an article about a study that was done about various societies. In every one, if a job was considered women's work, is was thought less of. If the same job was men's work in another culture it was thought more important.

That is not true. You can't work as hard in a manual job as us because you aren't as strong or physically capable. Doesn't mean you can't drive or work as hard or even harder than men, you must be living in the 60s

Gone are the days when men think women are not their co-equal in tasks previously marked out for them alone. I'm surprised that stereotyped hype still remains. Don't worry, shoot his balls whenever guys denigrate women like that.
