12 year olds don't know what love is yet? They are waaayyy too young...

A 12 year old can not fall in love and is way too young to date.

Yes it is. I was there I was more at like 15 or 16 though but please when she gets serious put her on birth control just in case, you never know what will happen. Trust me I became a mother at 16 years old and the father left me same thing happened to my sister. You would think my parents would have learned something the first time but they never said anything to me about birth control. But I have no regrets I have 3 beautiful children now I am engaged and going to college but having a child young made it alot harder. So please pay attention to how she is with him.

If she is twelve...believe me thats way to fast...kids replicate what they see and hear....they assume its what one is suppose to do....having changing hormones and growing up - yet still a kid thier feelings are all over the place....most important one talks to them about such things....kids assume love is what the see.....others do....when in reality most of the time its a lustful feeling...that desire to share its in all humans and kids just dont know how to express those feelings so they replicate what they see...believing its right cause everyone else is doing it.....So Please they need guidence in these things and Honesty......not just saying no or dont but explain why and whatfor and always tell them to respect themselves.....as much as others....and never comprimise thier standards for no reason....even if the crowd they are associated with says otherwise !!!!!

Any 12 yr old has aot of growing up to do and thus is very immature to fully understand their feelings. They have no business worrying about love relationships at this point in their lives. It sounds like peer pressure has alot to do with thisbut she needs to have fun and grow up before faling in love

If a 12 year old is even thinking about love something is wrong in her family life.Most girls that want love aren't getting love at home or they are desperate to get away from something or someone at home.Good luck.

it's all infactuation.... in love w/being loved, or loving someone else, true love comes much much later, after heartache's, and many lesson's learned...... 12 is a good age to find + enjoy being yourself, just have fun + enjoy these years :)

12 years old is too young to be dating...talking about dating...or even thinking about dating! She's not mentally mature enough yet to handle the up's and down's that relationships brings...P.S. most 30 year old ppl can't handle the mental frustrations that relationships bring!

well maybe at her age there is strong like instead of love. Have you asked her about it ( she'll probably say its none of ur buissness) but i guess try not to let her get hurt
