She is definitely not pregnant because it is far too early for those symptoms. If she was a virgin then she may have an infection due to the fact that the hyman layering is still inside her, i.e. it did not bleed out through her vagina. I would definitely get her to go to a gynaecologist. the pain will pass in time but it's no harm making sure.

It's a little soon for the lower abdominal pains unless it's an ectopic which in that case she needs to be seen by a Dr.
Either case I would recommend going to the Dr. or an ER. A simple pregnancy test could help, but it might be a little too early to detect the HGC hormone. If it is an ectopic, they would need to take care of it immediately, this can be a life threatening situation.
Either way she needs to be seen by a Dr. and in the future always practice safe sex. These days pregnancy is the least of her worries.

It's to early for all these symptoms, she could be pregnant because she is having un-protected sex, but the signs wouldn't be there. She should see a Dr. could be the flu or something else. the pain in her abdomen can be from having sex since just started. She should get some condoms at the Dr. or get on the pill.

Yes, she could be pregnant. While it's not common to have symptoms that early, it's not unheard of. I just found out I'm pregnant and I had some nausea and lower abdominal twinges before my period was due. It could also be her worrying about it. She should take a test next week when her period is due. The home pregnancy tests aren't as accurate if she takes one before that. (Even though some say you can test 5 days before your missed period).

She could be, with some people the symptoms show early. She could also be suffering extreme anxiety about having had unprotected sex. The only way to know for sure is a postive pregnancy test and it probably is too soon for that.

Please encourage your friend to use protection next time. But it's not to early to tell. If she really wants to know right away she could try to use something like an E.P.T pregnancy test (a test she can take 5 days before your missed period). Although remember that the closer to the missed period or after her missed period the test will be more accurate. I hope that helps a little and try to remind her to be safe if she isn't pregnant. Good Luck.

ANYTIME someone has sex they risk the chance of pregnancy.
Instead of asking "could she be" get a pregnancy test or make a doctors appointment and find out for sure!
And WHY in the world is she having sex unprotected? She needs to get on birth control or wear condoms (or both) and even then it isn't 100% effective.

Unprotected sex? Of course she could be pregnant. She could also have the flu or some other illness. Or it could both. It seems early for the symptoms, but that doesn't mean it isn't pregnancy.

Virginity loss guilt trip- its probably just stress from the guilt feelings she's experiencing. Tell her to relax, and if her period is late to get a pregnancy test! (and NO MORE unprotected sex-Mama has spoken!!!!)

Maybe so. I've never been pregnant, but when my cousin Christy got pregnant, at the very beginning she had those symptoms. Of course she didn't know she was pregnant.
