Just accumulate a net worth of close to a billion. That's it.

You can just hire people to take care of the operations.

It would be cheaper for you, and would bring a lot of money into a city that doesn't currently have an NFL team if you were to propose to the city the idea of making a team there. But you would have to have the millions to back up your thoughts. It is a great revenue source, and you could probably get the city to throw in some funds to boot.

It's all about the money. You'll need hundreds of millions, if not billions.

You could also work your way up over MANY MANY years. Start out at the bottom in a francise somewhere (interning or whatever), then try to get hired on. Then work your way up. It'll take YEARS, though.

FYI, professional sports is a cut-throat, dirty, competitive BUSINESS. Almost as bad as being in politics. Keep that in mind. Good luck.

IF you have the money depending on the team it costs between 150 million to about 600 million. If you want to get it cheap just get a job as a general manager sometimes they become owners in time.

Good luck.

you'll have to be a millionaire really. You gotta be famous. Then you can talk to a current owner about buying the team or enheriting the team when they die.
