You may not find anything in New York City, as it is illegal to own ferrets in all boroughs, but if you do a google search for "ferret costumes" and/or "ferret clothing" you will find a number of places where you can buy online.

There's stuff online, which may give you a wider range of choices. Or you can make your own. I've seen some hilarious stuff done for the costume part of ferret shows.

I am not shure but I just made a halloween costume for my rat. (she is going to be santa clause) I thought it would be hard but I just used some red felt and cotton and a black ribbon. If you are a good sewer you could porbablly easily make something or you can probablly get some colorful socks and cut them to fit your ferrets.

They have a witches hat on clearance at Fosters&Smith for $1.49. Good luck trying to keep any kind of clothes on a ferret though.
