i think daytime ads are by far the worse - but then, look at the "personal" ads - ointment for piles, tenna lady, constipation etc etc they always seem to be on when we're eating - do they did this on purpose - any thoughts ? comment? whats your pet hate in ads?

The one with the little kid sitting on the toilet saying 'phew it smells' and his mom saying what't you doing darling...what does she think he's doing.............the other one where the bloke with the football (who has obvioulsy neber played in his life) wants to borrow £25000 and checks with his wife while he is on the phone!! What a tosser

I hated those fricking commercials where supporters of the Iraq War say to America that we should not pull out, that victory is the only way we'll have peace. I seriously wanted to shake these people and make them face reality. I agree with one of them that says, "we don't need another 9/11" but look at how far we've come by being there... and it isn't very far. Our troops are still being killed in pretty vast numbers, and they're still piddling about in the Middle East, so I don't believe victory, although it may be the only answer, will be in our grasp. In order for this to be possible, Bush and Cheney must have a formidable, foolproof plan for what actions our troops must take, and that is not very high on their priority list right now. I haven't seen them in a while now, so I guess they must've been pulled with the "certified pullout" vote last month. We can only hope.

All the ones mentioned so far - especially the 'get out of debt' ones, but just recently the ones for hair products where tiny writing appears to tell you that the model on the screen has hair extensions - not fair!!!!

Perfume ads like: Calvin Klein's Obsession; over the top and corny, if I saw some people act in real life like that, it would get on my last nerve.

confused.com, all those injury lawyer services, loans and debt services. I like how they show the debt service adverts right after the ones fo loans as if to say if you take a loan that you can't handle you can always apply for an IVA so that you don't have to pay a penny back.

For me the worst ones are credit compaines that think you are thick, "tyoical rate just 18.9 %, Give us a call and rid yourself from debt!!" How thick do you have to be to make that call? 0% interest on credit cards for six months people!!!!!! Anyway...... yeh.......... those ones.
