2.Can you tell me which Central American country is not plagued with political problems?

They all are plagued with political problems. A better question might be which one has the worst political problems, but that is subjective, is it not?
El Salvador used to have much civil unrest, but much of it appears to be resolved or at peace now. Mexico has problems with their indigenous populations in mountain areas. Costa Rica is peaceful. Panama is as well. Nicaragua solves their problems peacefully now too.

All of em . Which one isnt. Two guys claiming to be Presidents in Mexico and a full blown narco guerra. A cocaine promoting guy in Bolivia cause thats all they got to sell...you got another trying to turn the whole population of their countrys into a prison in Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador cause of the MS13's and pandillas...TAKE your pick.... you had fujimori in Peru and Pinochet murdering peole in Chile (even though they are south American),Chavez (who is funny) in Velenzuela....You go tall the people of color on the bottom of the totem pole and all the ones who look white on top, or PIGMENTOCRACIES. Which one isnt? Tell em I want to live there.
