I'm Libra and I don't have a best friend, lol.
However, when I was in primary school, my best friend was a pisces. As we grew up, we just didn't click so much anymore.
I have close friends though. People who are always attracted to me and vice versa. These are Aries.. I remember all my friends I stuck with and had fun with, were all aries.

Libra and the friends I have kept in my life are Leo's, Geminis and Sagittarius.
I really can't stay friends with Water signs or Earth signs.

I'm a Libra and she's a Capricorn. But she was born close to Sagittarius so she's quite happy and social. I have a Virgo moon and Capricorn ascendent so I think that helps me too.
