A) You're assuming Dick Cheney is honorable. The man is a corporate vampire.
B) You have to keep in mind that many of the neo-conservative policies inacted by the Bush administration are the byproduct of Cheney and Rumsfeld. They have all been disastrous. Why would you want the disaster to continue?
I would vote for a candidate who cares about America not his own corporate interests. (ie., Halliburton.)

In the school where I teach, we try to help people understand that respect is something that all should be offered until they lose it. Dick Cheney has lost the respect of most of this nation, and nearly all of the world. If he ran for president, even against Dukakis or McGovern (yes, they're both still alive), he would lose in the biggest landslide in the nation's history. Read your history, if you don't know the significance of those two names.
And, no, I would not vote for him. Even against McGovern. And, did I mention that I'm a conservative Republican?
