Yes. They sell them in Portugal still as tourist souvenirs.
I bought one for my son when we were there.

Yup, I had a red one like that years ago. Don't know what happened to it, Mom may have "cleaned out" the toys. Oh well. It was a fun thing to watch for awhile.
