I can't believe they hired him. Everywhere he goes he drives winning teams into the ground. He may be a nice guy, but he can't coach his way out of a paper bag. It was a dumb move to hire him.

Dave will be gone when his contract is up. He did have a couple draft classes, but it will be another year for them to get it together. The next coach will have a decent base to go off of.

They should. Every other team he coached did. We're talking an extremely high level of incompetency here.
