NO I do not support that I don't support any anti smoking laws. It is not the governments place to tell where and when I can light up.
In my state they want to make it child abuse if you smoke around your own child.
To me they are just to afraid to go after bigger killing machines like alcohol.
It's the government trying to control us. They are already taking away our right to bear arms. Not that everyone in the world needs to have a gun, but it is my right to own one if I want to.

Actually, this has already happened. There are whole towns that prohibit smoking. Controlling whatyou do actually do in your own home is not all that easy and any such law would be difficult, if not impossible to enforce.

No.
How the hell can that be enforced. That is a waste of money to even put that in the law books.

Why don't they make a good law like convicted child predators get the death penalty. Shot in the face!

Absolutely not. When the government can start telling us what we can and cannot do in our own homes,we are all in trouble. It won't stop with a simple smoking ban.

They will never be able to pull that one off. I am a smoker and i don't smoke in my house any way, but where i live they can't stop us from smoking in resturants, the law was not passed.

Hahaha, and you thought you lived in the Land of the Free.

Wake up.

There are cameras on every street corner. Give it a few more years and they'll put one in your bedroom. For your own safety, of course.

You had to know that was coming. You know, I'm not a smoker and never been one but even I think that they are going too far with these anti-smoking campaigns.
