My computer was working just great until i detected a keylogger and decided to format it. now my computer is so slow that it needs at least 5 mins to start up completely. and also i realise that some of my system configuration is not alright. i have a 1GB of RAM but it shows 512 on my computer(it's one piece by the way).also i have a 200Gb of HDD but it shows 186GB after the format. and i cannot load some of the games i used to play before.what's wrong with my computer?

Your memory may be faulty as what shows is dictated by the hardware.

The 200GB showing 186GB is normal.

You are most likely missing all your vital hardware drivers, like DMA/Graphics etc. hence running slow.

as for the hdd you may not have formatted the entire 200gb
so the unallocated space isn't shown
as for the ram chip it may be faulty or it may not be put properly
in it's space try removing and reattaching it again
