If you use a menstrual cup like the Keeper or Instead SoftCups. I wouldn't recommend swimming without anything at all.

Flux is decrease for some women and all of us comprehend the way it fairly works for us, I propose we are all diverse. yet many times the 2d and third days you have heavier bleeding and % changing pads or tampons, going to the rest room fairly many times and so those are days you're able to truly get protection because of the fact you will experience embarrassed if it stains the water around you, clothing. On a barren area place like bathing in a river, waterfall and you're on my own its ok without protection for a while.

NO!!

You MUST wear a tampon (or instead cup) if you intend on swimming on your period.

Your period WILL NOT STOP OR SLOW DOWN in the water! It only LOOKS like it does, but in reality it is dispersed quickly.

It contaminates the water and as soon as you step out of the water blood WILL run down your legs.

Nope. Always use a tampon when swimming if you are on your period. Contrary to the popular belief, the menstrual flow does NOT stop when bathing/swimming/showering.

That's probably not a good Idea! You could but I am sure you wouldn't want to find out what might happen. Blood doesn't stop just because you are in water!

Don't do that! Be considerate to the others using the pool. It will be like peeing in the pool. People don't want to be swimming in pee or blood, no matter how small the amount.

Wear a tampon when swimming if you are having your period. As others have stated, your period does NOT stop when in water.
